At PORCESINI, every piece is handcrafted with exceptional care. We hope you will cherish your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or shipped incorrectly.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and the packaging. 

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
